So you're in London and seeing the sights.
You've been all stuffed up in the tube, running about like a mad man trying to fit everything in and all you want to do is relax somewhere nice and quiet.
It might not seem like it, but London is home to some of the most unique spas in places you wouldn't believe.
In this short video I'm going to show you some of the different types of Spa you can find in the city, what kind of treatments they have, and what to expect from a Spa Day in London
(BTW, if you're interested in getting a good deal online for a London Spa, make sure to visit https://www.groupon.co.uk/vouchers/spa )
There are spas to suit all budgets and tastes: form the super luxury spa at the Shard, to the serene and relatively cheap surroundings of the Quan Spa.
For anyone who wants a really good massage, I suggest doing some research in to St Pancras Renaissance Spa.
Tucked away in the hotel at the left hand side of the station entrance, the 5 star spa has special massage treatments, foot rubs and treatments for men.
It's also one of the only places in town offering Balinese massages; they're massages that use hot balm and nut oil to massage the skin.
